It's almost a given that WVEC used "KXTV 1982 News Theme" until 1984 and "Take A Look" circa 1980. They all had the same type of image. I didn't really care much for the newscast in the 1980's, seeing as how KABC sucked the competition dry, but Hal and Jan and later Terry and Lynette were the team to watch.
