When's the last time you saw Chuck Scarborough fill in for anyone on a weekend? See, this is the difference between Bartelstein and a real newsman. Bill goes above and beyond the call of duty for the team. He actually VOLUNTEERED to work tonight and fill in for Joe Torres. A real class act - no wonder Bill Beutel picked him as his replacement.
