Weeters 1749
So what will happen to 615 Music, will it be merged with Non-Stop? Just wondering. By the sounds of it they're merging it, since they're saying "Non-Stop acquires 615" and not "Warner/Chappell acquires 615"

It did seem like there would be some sort of merger between the two, but with 615 being the dominant partner - most of their staff is staying in Nashville and Wachtler will be the CEO of the combined company. 10Viewer 319
I was under the impression that 615 has a much larger library of music and creative talent than Non-Stop. News music has kind of taken a turn for the worst over the past decade. I guess most of it is dictated by trends in TV news. Too many packages sound the same and others are 'too in-your-face'.
