Mr. Vanik had a mini stroke a while back, and some stations just don't feel comfortable with the quality of his work. KATU still has him though and you can tell from some of the videos on youtube that he sounds different. I still think he is pretty good. Sorry to side track but I am curious. At the very least, they could have gotten it modified by the graphics company instead of doing it in-house...it looks ugly. It's not even lined up correctly. Please let me say this has been a very trying time for me. While the MRI showed negative and the 6 doctors and specialists I saw said there was no sign of stroke or cancer, something happened. Looking back, I can tell you several very important souls passed away during this time. I suffered other personal and business losses too. Be that as it may; I have to solve it.
