Of note: finally another YouTube copy of that "El Panamericano" open with On Top of it All and another Peru open, from Canal 9's "El Noticiero del Sábado", with a promo using the 1982 CBS News Ticker and a music bed starting with the musical signature from Tuesday16 (!!!). Notice the theme. http://youtu.be/a5sDAlvJ_tY?t=4m50s I believe it has, since I've seen every single shred of Colombia TV material that can be found (it's one of my specialties). . 24 Horas was Colombia's longest-running newscast when it gave up the ghost in January 2000 (it didn't help that they found themselves forced to move from 7pm to 12:30). However, another Colombian newscast—which aired on the same station but was produced by a completely different company—IS from 1988. (The first link isn't a video; it's to a Wikipedia article I wrote that explains the madness that was 70s/80s/90s Colombian television. The whole idea was to get as many television producers/voices as possible on two publicly-owned and operated networks. It includes real-time channel surfing of Sicilian TV stations received during this broadcast and a TMC ident. This video was received via a normal TV antenna from the island of Malta, at least 100km away.
