Three intros of Telefe's legendary show Videomatch where Marcelo Tinelli and his gang "appeared" in some movies from The Beatles. It looks like they tried to imitate the technique used on the movie "Forrest Gump": the characters were incorporated into the movies' footage. The Beatles' voices were dubbed by local voice actors/comedians.

1994: A Hard Day's Night

1995: Help!

1999: A Hard Day's Night (again!; but they return to the present)

Another invasion of footage: the partial intro of Telefe's history magazine Siglo XX Cambalache (c.1993/94) with hosts Fernando Bravo and Teté Coustarot "invading" movies and historical footage. The song that identified the show throughout its entire run was "As Time Goes By", performed by Carly Simon.

Beginning today, all of Telefe's O&O stations are eliminating its local names (e.g. Teleocho in Córdoba, Canal 9 in Bahía Blanca or Canal 8 in Tucumán, among others) to adopt Telefe's branding for its entire programming. That means that its local newscasts are now called Telefe Noticias. Here's an example from Córdoba: an excerpt of its midday newscast (1pm) under this new name.

Another example: this one is from Santa Fe, where the newscasts have just premiered its HD broadcasts!

Here's Richard Baker anchoring the BBC's 9 O'Clock News on October 11, 1974:

And from France, here's ORTF's Channel One news for the same day:

Staying in France, here's Antenne 2's news from today's date 40 years ago (with an interesting audio timestamp):

Helena Cruz Lopes anchoring RTP Informação's midnight broadcast (October 14, 2012). The program was usually produced at RTP's studios in Porto. It seems the building was undergoing maintenance, so it was been done from Lisbon instead.
