TV1, Malaysia, Nasional 5 (regional news round-up), December 2014

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWdYi3udAMQ

This is a full video. The Nasional 5 newscast includes some segments; news from Sabah, news from Sarawak and news from one of the states or Federal Territories (which changes daily). The news from other states featured in this video is from the Federal Territory of Labuan. BES 5-10 news updates are at before and after Nasional 5.

Not related, but this video features a live-generated RTM clock (in use since mid-July 2008) in a monitor behind a person at the 0:44 mark:

The RTM clock is no longer seen on TV (specifically before the news) but is still used internally, ie inside RTM's TV control rooms at Angkasapuri.

MediaCorp Channel 8, Singapore, News Tonight, February 2014 (HD quality via DVB-T2)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaMaga-TlDI

News Tonight is produced in a mixup between HD 16:9-native and SD 4:3 or 16:9-native content. The studio and the top-right watermark is HD but the opening titles and graphics are in SD 4:3.

Yesterday's Cuban national newscast, demonstrating coverage of the embargo thaw. The newscast is 90 minutes, highly unusual (30/35 minutes is the usual length)! It also appears that they have a new set (HD-ready, I would presume).

The newscast includes a replay of Raúl Castro's address from earlier in the day, in full, as well as local reaction, headlines of major international news outlets (notably, with the ads cut out of the images). Note the reliance on teleSUR for news footage. The first 45 minutes are all about this story but there are more packages throughout the newscast, including social media highlights and a recap of a special edition of political talk program "Mesa redonda" (Roundtable) — which today just so happened to debut a new set. Also watch out for baseball in sports and the weather forecast.

This is absolutely fascinating for analysis purposes.

For the record, the music (which has been in use for years now) is by Aliosca Morejón Piñeda.

That set isn't half bad considering what they had before, although the desk is carried over from the last set. The music and graphics need to go, hopefully ICRT addresses those next.

ProSieben and Kabel eins' late news (both are simply news summaries and weather):

The both's late news seem to use the same voiceover for the news summaries and weather report and use the exact same news clips, because ProSieben and kabel eins' late news were produced by N24. And the presenter shots were pre-recorded too. (Think of DW's Journal short editions).
