Thats it on the left side before the frosted glass wall was put up in front of it.

I'm assuming we're looking at the curved video wall, hanging up there? Either way, I've been confused as to how the new layout compares to the old set-up. Is this curved wall at the end of the old video wall, or is it where the GMA Weekend desk was (opposite the main desk)?

In the previous construction photo, the new curved wall is not installed yet, but part of it'sn black frame can be seen on the right.  The old WNT home base was on the right and GMA Weekend was on the left.  This photo from earlier during demolition of the old set taken from almost the exact same spot in the upstairs gallery should help you get your bearings.

To accommodate social distancing on election night, some analysts will not be on the TV-3 set, but be downstairs on The View set which has been very nicely redressed for the election.

Doesn't TV3 have a balcony of some sort?

The version of the set they created for the midterm elections in 2018 did, but I've not seen a second story in this one.  I assume the staircase is just a prop.

There is a door from the fourth floor gallery hallway to the set balcony, and from there you can walk down the spiral to the floor.  However, the balcony itself is small, and not much headroom under the grid.

If you looked around that newsroom didn’t have that many actual workers. It was like msnbc newsroom set had maybe 10-15 total. Their actual newsroom was a floor up. On Diane sawyers last night it showed it.

That's generally how it works. The only national newsroom set that was a working one was CBS before it made way for the the dual CBS This Morning set use, and now Washington studio. The one you see on-air from time to time at FOX News is legit, too.

Guess who made the move to the big studio tonight?........

Definitely a leftover from election night. Can someone grab the glue gun and fix the trim peeling off?
