A quick update on the graphics. With TWC currently following Tropical Storm Dorian at the moment, I thought I would point out that during commercial breaks when they are following storms, they put up a sidebar on the right side showing the weather maps and conditions in the affected area. While the L-bar may be gone, the way the graphics are structured, they can insert a map view at any time during live broadcasts in addition to the information regarding that storm on the right-hand side of the lower 3rds.

They still have the typical Local on the 8s music that they had since at least the mid 2010s. Not sure about anything else within their music packages at the time though.

They have been using this tone for several years now. It isn’t new. At least here it isn’t new.
