Eat News 4738
Shocker of the day... Ken Wayne goes to KRON. (Don't drop that soap....errr mic!)
Eat News 4738
Holy Quac! What kind of sad heel goes to KRON from KTVU as a result of a failed contract renewal bid. WTF...whoops! #myagentreallysucks (I would have done everything in my power to stay at KTVU just so I could AVOID the commute to KRON)

Georgie56 3054
Legendary WUSA anchor Andrea Roane has announced her retirement, effective in July. She always reminds me of former WGN-er Robert Jordan. Maybe it was the calm delivery they shared. Anyway, here’s to a happy retirement to her.
TriangleTriadMediaNews 267
WRAL evening meteorologist Mike Maze sat down with the Raleigh News & Observer about some health challenges he's currently facing, very good read to learn about a rare condition. http://www.newsobserver.com/news/local/article209622484.html
TheRolyPoly 1839
Wonder if they’re dropping The Real or Maury. WDSU is moving The Real to 11:00 a.m., dropping Maury off its schedule for the first time since 1991 (Having Maury on an NBC affiliate is the rarest of the rare.)

TexasTVNews 1365
Washington DC is losing a lot of great legendary broadcasters. I remember we lost Brenner, Michael, Solly, Robinson, and recently last year we lost Vance. I hope and pray for Bruce's recovery and praying for him and for his family to be more than 100% better and stronger. Please, send your get well wishes and prayers to Bruce if you can. https://www.facebook.com/OffScripton9/
ColtFromGulfcoast 695
Nah, WNOL will pick him up. They already have Wilkos and Springer. But Tribune says they're phasing those shows out.
justin2kx 229
But Tribune says they're phasing those shows out. But where they're gonna go if they all come back next year? Somewhat on FTS or other second/third rate stations? (WWOR, KCOP, KDFI...)

Only if WGNO had the option not to air World News Tonight maybe they'd be able to replace that and the 5pm newscast with Maury

dman748 1250
Air World News Tonight on a tape delay until 6:30? Lol Unless WGNO wants to expand the News With A Twist format to 5pm, yes
Eat News 4738
Nah, WNOL will pick him up. They already have Wilkos and Springer. Praise the lord there is no "Cap" for junk tv. I'm old enough to remember when they didn't glue down the food and dishes during the Springer "Holiday" shows.. . What kind of punk-ass throws Jello anyway?

dman748 1250
They already a NWAT format at 5:00pm. Then that's where Maury should go (which is 4pm serving as a lead-in to the News With A Twist @ 5:00)
