It seems they are going in house. I just saw a promo featuring Greg Bledsoe and Marianne Kushi for News Today.

Oh please,

Greg Bledsoe is barely old enough to buy booze, and pair him up with Kushi who will probably sit there and cut the crust off his PB&J while keeping him hydrated with a juice box.

Are they looking for some kind of "reverse" Carlos and Lisa (KUSI) look?

"Did you wear your Star Wars jammies last night Greg?"

Bledsoe graduated college in 2001, which makes him 36 or 37. Young, but certainly not a baby.

Mike LaPoint is moving on from WOWT, per the station official Facebook page.

Also Dan Matics at Charleston-Huntington Sinclair 8/11 aka (WCHS/WVAH) is leaving the station. His last will be at the end of August, he is off to WTVT, per his Instagram page.

But he is being paired with Grandma and Uncle Whitney.

At least there will always be some baby wipes close by.

(I got a car seat and happy meal jab also but i'm trying to be nicer and more "understanding" like the court ordered doctor likes.)

I don't understand how they're happy with the status quo. They've been losing ground more and more in the mornings for a while now. They should have used this opportunity to start fresh. Maybe move Marianne to the 11am/4pm, and moved Megan to Weekday AM's. The problem with KNSD is that they play things wayyyy to safe, and just do the minimum to get by. At least FOX 5 and KUSI put in some effort in the mornings. This isn't a knock on Greg, but the last thing they needed is someone that will put the viewers to sleep.

I can't explain it. They have always been that way going back to the Storer days.

No balls,

No Guts...

I like the Megan in the morning idea...but you gotta blow out the rest of that morning line-up. If I'm stuck watching these cornheads while doing the arts and crafts here at the Senior center...I want a little visual stimulation.

Well it starts at the top. How is the ND still is employed when the station's newscasts are not able to win at least 1 timeslot? If this was any other place, that ND would have been canned long ago. And they can't blame NBC programming, since it has improved quite considerably these last few years...

Like you could do anything with that visual stimulation without the help of a blue pill.

I get the Mexican Valium / Advil and Viagra( all blue) mixed up sometimes. On occasion I "roofie" myself... and then there is peace in the valley for a spell.

Now how I end up with Cheeto Dust in strange places.......

WGCL producer fired over racist rants about Black Lives Matter on Facebook

Dammit. When will some TV people learn?

Posting s#¡t like this publicly will NOT end well for them. I don't care if you're black, Hispanic, Asian or whatever; posting crap like this on a public website for all to see is downright wrong and should've been written in the confines of your house. Especially on your notepad or in you brain.

And for that, you deserve to get fired.

#NOTSORRY

I guess he didn't know about Wendy Bell.

Since CBS is either spinning off its radio stations, or selling them altogether, they should expand CBS Local to include the rest of the NFL markets that they don't already have in there, and add in live streams of non-O&O stations that CBS Local covers, news only of course. And like it is with NewsOn, its up to the stations to decide whether or not they want to live stream their news on CBS Local.

According to Tvspy, Chris Flanagan is moving to Boston to become the weekend evening co-anchor at WFXT. This makes way for Rob Powers to transition as the new anchor. Chris starts in September in Bean town.
