This is one of the earliest "active stand-up's" in TV news history....in fact it's mostly all a stand-up because they couldn't seem to find any file film or video from previous years NYE celebrations. Note the ringing of the friendship bell... Well my friends, If he shot that stand-up today he would be accused of cultural mis-deeds by somebody.
