rkolsen 1675 Posted September 29, 2018 Share Posted September 29, 2018 Everyone keeps saying SR are optional given proper circumstances, but I know someone at an ABC affiliate who said ABC requires all special reports be taken by affiliates. Period. Well then they have a huge problem with WMAR. Granite the person could be misunderstood and stating a station policy that they must carry every SR. According to my contacts at the ABC network, this is entirely untrue. Also backed up by some of their affiliation agreements that include the news section.
