NMSA says that WWOR used "The Viper" by 615 Music up until 2013, so I assume that this theme is the one in the clip below. However, I listened to the entire theme, and I can't find the cut that WWOR used in this clip (0:28). Can anyone help me out? It's a killer news theme!

Thanks in advance!

It's OK. Different. What is the skyline there? Is that on Long Island? Does WWOR specifically target certain areas of NY other than Manhattan?

New Jersey maybe? WWOR is licensed to Secaucus, NJ.

I think that's the New Jersey side since you can see the bridges on the right side of the video that would connect you to New York City.

That’s definitely a production track, and an awful one at that.

In other news, that was such a nice set. What a waste. You would think WNYW would have taken it when the WWOR news department shut down.

I'm dumbfounded by that... WWOR uses that set, their news department gets shut down and in the end, that set becomes trash and WNYW continues to use their 2006 set. Still dumbfounded and IMO, idiotic on FOX Television Stations' end.
