I don't think it made much sense for the network to be broadcast in the UK besides being just one of the other foreign news channels available. But it focuses so much on a specific US-based audience that it's probably too unappealing for UK audiences, despite how readily available it was. My friends in the UK have access to it through their providers and don't even have CNN!

So Fox News hired Tomi Lahren, the nutjob best known for repeatedly assailing Colin Kaepernick to the point the NFL blacklisted him... in addition to being an insufferable slave** for Trump.

Basically she'll have a role just like Osama bin Epshteyn on the Sinclair chain. Only shock is that this didn't happen much sooner.

**Yeah, I was redundant... they're all insufferable.

Wasn't this the chick that was bitching about Obamacare, yet she's still on her parent's health insurance plan?... one of the many provisions of Obamacare...

But totally not a hypocrite. No sir-ree. She'll fit in just fine at FNC.

When both OANN and Glenn Beck manage to fire you...

Wow.

I would be be honest in my feelings about this development, but after the "shitstorm" some posters gave me after Roger Ailes' passing (some shit about showing my true colors and being bitter and speaking ill [as if none of that happened here before]), I'll just say this: he got what he deserved. Good luck to him finding work elsewhere (*snicker*).

On The Other Hand, I hope Shep gets another hour on the schedule after this.

Eric Bolling is out, and The Fox News Specialists has been cancelled. Shep anchoring at 5pm today...

wow. to think this guy was considered at one point to be an O'Reilly replacement. I hope this means Shep gets another hour. He should have gotten back the 7pm slot once Greta left. maybe push Cavuto to 5pm and have Shep do 2 hours starting at 3

One more domino falling at the House of Ailes.

As for Charles Payne, those accusations sounded bogus from the get-go. Last thing needed are people like Scottie Nell Hughes crying wolf when a legitimate series of scandals exist.

I think it's more likely that The Five will move back to 5pm, as it has not fared well against Maddow at 9pm. Rumor has it that (ugh) Laura Ingraham will get a primetime show...

Hardly a surprise. Fox basically handed the ratings for that timeslot to Maddow with The Threeve, and she's taken full advantage.

Shep should get 5-7pm and beat Wolf Blitzer, easily.

Yeah I really don't know why they don't just give Shep 5 (or 7?) and bring back a weekday FOX report. It would go a long way to restore some news credibility in the eyes of those who see little left.
