The channel features entertainment, sports, NASCAR, business, and Election updates. FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network anchors participate in the broadcasts as well as dedicated staff http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2015/10/05/fox-news-headlines-debut-on-siriusxm/ I think it's a good idea. (I also love that the FOX Report music package was brought back into use) Its been a week since this was launched, but I listened to some small portions on Friday and so far, so good. The name and format reminds me of CNN Headline News and their 30-minute news format, except that "FOX News Headlines 24/7" is a 15-minute format.
