Of course this is a big deal because Gray owns the most CBS affiliates by count, a nd many have feared that talks would've been tough between the two, regarding retrans fees. The terms of the deal weren't disclosed. On the last paragraph, notice that "KVLY Fargo, ND", of course that is not a misprint. Remember back in June after the end of the Gray/Hoak deal, that Gray was proposing to shift the programming from its current CBS affiliate, KXJB to a subchannel of KVLY.
