They are on the same set - looks to me they are sharing the Telemundo62 studio for some reason.

Not sure how that's possible unless they're prerecording the Telemundo newscast.

To me it looks like they have a new desk and that's it.

It's a lot more. Here are the two sets from the designer's website: https://jhdgroup.net/portfolio/nbc-10-news-studio-philadelphia/

Both sets have seen refreshes over the 6 years since they moved in the but the layout's the same.

Just based off all the evidence, I'm going to say WCAU is in WWSI's studio. I'll venture to say WWSI's news that runs concurrent with WCAU's is beyond pre-recorded.

Another update, Telemundo 62's 11PM news has been shifted back a half hour to 11:30. It's pretty clear now 10 and 62 are sharing the space. Now what it is they're doing in 10's studio, that's still to be determined.

There was water damage to the building structure where 10's studio is. T62 goes to a temporary studio, 10 goes to T62's studio. 10's studio has to be demolished to repair the building. Huge infrastructure project.

What water damage could there be ... that's a relatively new skyscraper in Center City.

The kind that causes damage enough to necessitate repairs?

Things can happen to new buildings, too. It's unfortunate and perhaps on the less common side, but things happen. No doubt they'll be looking carefully into what caused it.
