It's really apparent that CBS 2 has a hell of a lot better lighting than Philly. Or they do something better/different because she's not really that vibrant or informal here. I believe Vanessa Murdock is on maternity leave, so Elise Finch would be losing her mind if CBS made her do weather for all of their morning, afternoon and evening newscasts. Jess 1110 Posted December 26, 2013 Share Posted December 26, 2013 Glenn Hurricane Schwartz was pretty much working straight from 4pm to 11pm on a daily basis until his heart scare. And this was when 10 was doing newscasts at 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11. I'd say that's pretty rough. Philly is a less than two hour drive from New York. It's rough, but it's possible to commute from here to there. Obviously they needed someone to fill in, so instead of getting some random freelancer, why not see if we can get someone from the sister station down the Turnpike?
