615 / Warner Chappell Makes "Propulsion V2" Official

Recommended Posts

I guess it was always known as V2, but it looks like their demo site updated with a new montage:

The AM open KHOU uses is in there, but it sounds like only the bed from the PM theme made it to the montage.

It's 6 themes and over 700 cuts, which has to be a crazy level of mixouts.

If you haven't heard it, it's new to you! ...Or something.

Well the KHOU/WFAA themes have been around for close to two years. It wasn't about if, it was about when they'll release it. But I knew it was coming. But I wasn't expected to wait more than two years to finalized a version two, after a very rushed first phase in late 2006.

Lets see if the stations outside the two Spirit stations pick this up.

They must have spun it off in to a V2 as the original disks were labeled "Updates for KHOU" or something like that and the morning theme was commissioned completely separately from the PM theme.

This takes "The Spirit of Texas" to a whole new level. Love this more than the horrible excuse for a news theme that was V1.

Although, they need to add the main theme to the demo, it is amazing.
