"The new channel will air a full schedule of ABC programming, including the top-rated primetime shows in the country; all ABC Sports programming, including SEC and NFL football, the NCAA Basketball tournament and major golf and tennis championships; ABC News and Late night shows." SEC football hasn't been on ABC since 1995, unless they are talking about the SEC Network games at 11am or Noon. ABC no longer carries NFL football since moving Monday Night Football to ESPN in 2006 and the NCAA Tournament has been on CBS since 1982. I'm sure as with the case with their sisters WALB and WLOX their secondary affiliation with ABC will be in 480i OTA while cable gets it in 1080i HD.
