  1. Live with Kelly & Ryan is moving to WUPW. They will also be the Toledo affiliate for Young Sheldon as well.
  2. DirecTV and Xfinity and other cable providers are about the only providers left to carry RSN'S.
  3. I thought the same thing. Now they need to revive the yellow and black scheme and the classic 4-note jingle as well.
  4. Such a shame to see Dan Harris leaving. He was at ABC News for a long time. I remember the days when he was ABC World News's weekend anchor. Best of luck at 10 percent.
  5. Just saw a promo a few days ago for You Bet Your Life. It will be airing on WNWO at 3, replacing the Judge Judy library reruns. I would have thought it would've been on WUPW, as sister show 25 Words or Less airs there, possibly replacing Who Wants to Be a Millionaire reruns.
  6. As a Scott Pelley fan, Jeff Glor probably should've been the anchor in 2011, when he was known at the time as the Early Show news reader.
  7. I think CBS should have kept Jeff Glor in Evenings. He was just becoming popular when they replaced him with Norah. Unfortunately, there has to be a network that's in third place and David and Lester were still more popular with viewers. Norah's not a bad anchor but I still liked her better on CTM and as a White House Correspondent. I also don't care that they sort of copied WNT's method of "shouting" the headlines at the beginning for drama. I actually do like that the newscast is now based in Washington, as they're always have been more news stories there than in NYC. I'll guess we'll see what continues to happen to their ratings. I don't see Norah going away in the foreseeable future.
  8. Plus FOX News has FOX Nation, which is the same type of thing.
  9. So spot on! CNBC has tried so many things over the years after the market closes. The News with Brian Williams, John McEnroe's short lived talk show, documentaries about business, reality shows about business, and now Shepard Smith. CNBC Prime with reality shows about business has been the only real success for them. FBN only works as basically FOX News 2 outside of business hours, with the exception of Maria's controversial show (How much does that show even talk about the business and the markets anymore?). I wouldn't mind seeing overseas market programming. Street Signs UK used to occupy the 4:AM timeslot until Shepard landed.
  10. Maybe CNBC'S audience just isn't used to more hard news, that's maybe why they don't care for him.
  11. That might not be a bad idea. If all else fails, I guess go back to Shark Tank after Cramer.
  12. Shep's show seems to be struggling really bad. I know the Daily Beast is a tabloid, but TVnewser and Brian Stelter also picked up on this. One of the options is to possibly move Mad Money out of its longtime 6:00 slot. I think putting him on CNBC was a mistake. Most people know CNBC as a business/financial news channel and not for hard news. I like his show but it's a trainwreck going from to Cramer to Smith and then to Shark Tank. Put him on MSNBC in a daytime slot and I think he might get a bigger audience. There's a few personalities there that could be moved or assigned somewhere else. CNBC doesn't seem too unhappy with with the results and seems very proud of his show. On the other hand, the conservative talk in primetime seems to have gone nowhere over a year after the rumor came out.
  13. In the Heat of the Night's been on there forever it seems.
  14. I wish Emrick was there as well. Kenny Albert's not bad, just a little more average.
  15. Chris is one of the few tolerable ones over there. Shepard Smith was the same until his resignation. Bill seems to be getting a little more far to the right, although probably somewhat better compared to Hannity and Tucker.
  16. That's only on the TV News Archive. Community Video runs like YT/Vimeo.
  17. I have to wonder how long before Moss gets fired just like Hecker last week?
  18. Nintendo's a big example of this.
  19. YouTube cares about money. The more higher the interest, the better they care, So many users are getting demonetized over small things as well. Soon all that will be left will be gaming, cat videos, rant videos, sports highlights, viral news/opinion clips, and interviews. YouTube never encouraged uploading copyrighted material in the first place, but if you ask me, people were going to find a way to upload rare television broadcasts/commercials.
  20. Not surprised. He has the 2nd highest seniority after Robert.
  21. I still like the 1988-2007 logo better. Just very simple.
  22. They made the logo more 3D for a time starting around 2010.
  23. Both the peacock and eye had slight changes done in the past.
  24. Not a big surprise. All of their other big name talent have their names attached to their shows.
  25. WTVG in Toledo airs local news at 9 as well.
