Sincalir WWMT DT3 was Comnet when it first launched in West Michigan in 2015 then in 2021 Comnet moved to WXSP DT3 after Scripps took all the Diginets in house on Sep 1 2021. WWMT DT3 became TBD they never put Charged on WWMT subchannel was on WXMI DT4 for a couple of years and was dropped for GetTV in Feb 2021, as Nexstar decided to take Dabl for WOTV DT2 now DT4 as GetTV was on WOTV before it was moved to WXMI Fox17 DT5. Just like the Stadium/Nest being WXSP DT2 last year over Cozi TV.

Since they have until Sep 1 to get The CW on those other cities that Scripps dumped The CW for independent. I think they can get The CW in those markets even if it is a subchannel. Detroit I think if you don't make up with Kevin WDIV is the only option on a subchannel in my opinion.

Not surprised that Sherri will be back I thought it be renewed. I think as along as Fox O&O keep Sherri in their lineups it will be on for years like Wendy Williams was in my opinion.

I didn't know Spectrum has it I may have to see if it is in the lineup could be in the in 484 which use to be Circle I didn't have Circle though since the channel 485 to 488 is the Byron Allens low rated cable networks. Along with StartTV & Story as well.

I don't know maybe the owners want to double dip and just take the money. The only one in West Michigan that has double network channels is Dibal it is on WLLA DT6 & WOTV DT4 which was DT2 before Nexstar took The CW for DT2.

The viewers lose no matter what it isn't going to bring back competition what you will is Apollo like that don't care for local news other than the $$$ is all. And Apollo has run Cox Media into the ground or Byron Allen buying TV stations I don't see it as good news it's lose lose no matter what. The FCC still thinks it's the 60s and not 2024 as broadcast has a lot of competition mainly big tech which the FCC doesn't seem to get. I'm guessing that you could see more brokerage deals with Nexstar or Sinclair if sidecars go away they will still have their grip on things as well. That is how I see it in my opinion.

Yeah, surprised that Sinclair even has a website for ARC WM it is just news from WWMT should just show the schedule with the main channel only doesn't need a website in my opinion. Looks like what Nexstar does with WOTV & now the new CW under more on the wood TV website with the info and that video with what will be on The CW tonight and the other 7 nights of primetime.

CW-WMI Sunday no ACC Women's Basketball or LIV Golf Heartland at 12PM to 1PM & First 48 will be in a 3 hour block as it was a 2-hour block before that.

A lot of those switches were CW+ The CW West Michigan is just repeats from WOTV, Wood TV, & WXSP in syndication with a few syndication being their own.

I'm not surprised Nexstar is suing the FCC as they should since the 3 on The FCC abuse their power way too much thinking that it is still the 1960s which it isn't with the outdated rules that need to be fixed. Broadcasters are facing Big Tech since the days of 3 to 4 channels are over and the FCC acts like there isn't any competition when there clearly is with Big Tech. The 3 on The FCC don't get it and don't like business at all which isn't right.

I don't get why Scripps even does news for Fox47 out in Lansing that should be Fox17 doing the newscast for WSYM for Fox47 never should've gotten rid of Gray doing the news for Fox47 a few years ago. Fox47 met Brad does the weather for Fox47 at Fox17 studios.

I knew that Judge Judy repeats were going to be renewed although quite surprised that TEGNA wasn't named in the article about this renewal they weren't mentioned either for Judy Justice either. Who The Bleep Is That isn't going to get a second season that was only in a handful of TV markets largely in the big markets a few smaller/midsize markets like in West Michigan at the start of the new year. Crime Stories is being pitched for syndication for the 2024-05 season hosted by former Access Hollywood & ET anchor Nancy O'Dell always liked Nancy.

I'm surprised that CBS hasn't sold the TV stations that are now indies in ATL, Tampa, Seattle, Indy that is Start TV station I don't know if those are the only indies they have thou. WWMT is a strong CBS station in West Michigan I'm guessing it's because they cover more Kazoo than the other TV stations that are all in GR although Wood TV does have a news burro in downtown Kazoo for a few years now. But with the cuts by Sinclair for WWMT they hub the Sat newscast at 6PM & 11PM with only weather & sports being from the station I wonder if it is coming out of South Bend? Wood TV is number 1 when it comes to news then WWMT. Sorry going off topic.
