  1. I'd like to see what the NBA & NHL bugs will look like.
  2. In Tulsa, KTPX apparently used the space vacated by Qubo, 44.2, with a UHF simulcast of KJRH.
  3. It'll get even more interesting on April 17 with MLS, which Sinclair holds local rights to several teams, starts their season.
  4. KGBT 4.1 has apparently been off the air since CBS moved the KVEO's spectrum, with that, I can see that both KGBT & KVEO return to their pre-2020 arrangements once Mission takes control.
  5. Did anyone see that Lester hosted the Tuesday, March 23 edition from Los Angeles.
  6. I called it, my prediction was April 1, MLB Opening Day! For the Record, here's the Bally Sports lineup for March 31: NBA Trail Blazers at Pistons (Detroit) Heat (Sun) at Pacers (Indiana) Mavericks (SW) at Celtics Jazz at Grizzlies (South) Knicks at Timberwolves (North) Raptors at Thunder (OK) Kings at Spurs (SW) Bucks (WI) at Lakers Bulls at Suns (AZ) NHL Coyotes (AZ) at Avalanche Wild (North) at Sharks
  7. Yes, WYDO, yet aren't most of these hubbed newscasts pretaped anyway? Besides, the next closest Sinclair stations are WLOS & WJLA.
  8. It's now only a matter of time as to when NBC Sports Group formally announces the closure of NBCSNW as it was originally formed to broadcast Trail Blazers games in the first place. As for ROOT Sports NW, they'll now have all the NW teams with the exception of the Sounders.
  9. I wonder whether this will lead to more Sinclair newscasts being centralized.
  10. WPIX's website has been converted to the Nexstar layout.
  11. Of all the Lockwood stations you listed, KTEN is the only one that isn't a former Gray station.
  12. KERO is a legacy, pre Cordillera, thus we should wonder what the hold up is there. KRIS is rebuilding their destroyed stick while moving to UHF, thus the graphics are not a priority until the tower is fixed No telling what's causing the holdup at KATC or WLEX.
  13. Nexstar probably either realized that this was a bad idea, or they received too many viewer complaints.
  14. Upon review of Charlotte's spectrum, WCNC will probably have to add 36.5 as there's limited bandwidth, and no presence by Scripps.
  15. I can see Twist replacing subchannel space on stations losing a Katz subnet to an Ion spectrum, or Antenna TV to a Nexstar spectrum.
  16. I took a look at this issue, and it appears that all the RSNs can place their teams on OTT with existing infrastructure. We all know that Sinclair plans on launching OTT for Bally's Sports NBC has NBC Sports Gold & Peacock AT&T has BR Live The Independent RSNs can possibly add a standalone option to their existing TVE platforms.
  17. I believe that no team has an alternative to their current RSN and may sign as more of necessity, not by choice.
  18. From Wichita Falls: Power outage knocks KFDX off the air
  19. I wonder whether NBC will change their graphics package as the current look, except NFL and EPL, is six years old.
  20. Would it be easier for Gray to move the KCBD NBC feed to the KLCW spectrum they just acquired?
  21. What's going on with Cox, they need to hire a new negotiator.
  22. I wonder whether Scripps will eventually launch newscasts on the Ion station in Tampa, Las Vegas, Tulsa, Nashville, Utah, and Milwaukee.
  23. That truce could only apply to KIRO, WHIO, KYMA, KVIQ, and WXVT
  24. Here we go again: DirecTV and AT&T TV Could Lose Cox-Owned Locals Next Week Although the article lists the legacy Cox stations, it also appears that the former NWB stations could be yanked as well. As you remember, NWB was in a prolonged fight with AT&T in 2019 just before the Cox merger.
