KTVT has been unable to show newscasts since a little bit after 4:30 this afternoon due to a lightning strike. They showed CBSN during the 4:30 and 5pm half-hours and reran the CBS Evening News at 6pm. Their three subchannels are down as well. KTXA is still functioning normally. As of this writing, the problem has still not been fixed. UPDATE: As KTVT/KTXA also houses CBS News’ innovation lab, CBS News NOW couldn’t be produced tonight. UPDATE 2: KTVT’s newscasts have returned to air starting with the 10pm tonight.

This could be a glimpse at KMAX’s post-CW life.

Unfortunately, there were no changes to Good Day on KMAX. They just moved the bug to the left side of the screen.
