  1. https://www.kxxv.com/news/local-news/ann-harder-to-retire-during-her-25th-year-at-25-news Ann Harder is going to be retiring from KXXV (Waco).
  2. I saw it coming when Scripps bought the station. Scripps bought that show for several of their stations. But its appalling how it's taken this long to get her in Miami. Maybe now she'll get into the Twin Cities.
  3. Would me taking a picture of the newscast be proof? Also, it was listed on TV Guide. I have a picture from earlier this morning. That's Nate Fluharty on the right (of First News on KTBS) anchoring. Neil Shaw was in for Brian Fowler who normally does weather on mornings. However, by the time they went to 9am, Dominique Brogle (who normally does that hour anyway) was anchoring.
  4. Staying on the topic of news, for whatever reason, known only to KTBS, KPXJ has seemingly expanded to 8am. I already posted on Discord.
  5. I don't know whether this has been covered here or anywhere else but KWKT has a 6:00pm newscast now and a lifestyle show. Apparently, this has been on for quite some time.
  6. Ok, CBS doesn't even distribute Tamron Hall. She comes out of Disney. Bro, where are you getting this information? Or is this just in your mind?
  7. Even before that, they weren't exactly like WAGA when it was a CBS station.
  8. This makes me question KABB's decision even more given that both KABB and KEYE are run by the same group manager. Yeah, I know. They may not have confidence in the show but it still doesn't sit right.
  9. I do agree with all of you that WPLG could do without all of the extra Newscasts but how about some criticism towards other area stations. I mean, WSVN broadcasts a scripted court show at 2pm that could have been given up. And I'm sure WBFS or WSFL could have found the time for her as well without putting her in a graveyard slot like how KABB is choosing to do things. PLG isn't the only one who deserves to be criticized here.
  10. The portion in Guadalupe is part of San Antonio but you're right. Caldwell is part of Austin.
  11. Yep. And that's part of the DMA as well. If she comes back for a second season, I would hope KCWX, if they can afford her, would be able to steal the show away. I feel like she has the power to come back for a second round, as will Kelly Clarkson.
  12. Remember when I said WOAI picked up Tamron Hall? Yeah, she'll be on KABB.........at 2:00am. They gave Kelly Clarkson the 4:00pm timeslot where Steve was, though.
  13. Relating somewhat to this, Wendy Williams is moving over to WHNS this fall, and in addtion to her, WHNS has also picked up Tamron Hall and Judge Jerry. Her current home, WSPA is moving Judge Judy to 3pm and will be launching a new 4pm newscast. This begins September 9th.
  14. Cox, first Atlanta and now this. What is with y'all? SMH.
  15. Okay, at this point, I think you're just wishfully thinking.
  16. They said in the announcement that WLVI was clearing it for Boston. Apparently, the list of stations isn't complete as of yet.
  17. Pretty much so. All it'd be is UPN if it switched stations in a few dozen cities.
  18. Not the network entirely but I can see the name being retired and Warner Bros selling it's share to CBS, albeit continuing to produce several shows for the network (since CBS owns a share in several of the shows Warner is the senior partner in for the CW). The only shows I can see potentially leaving are the DC Comics shows. CBS would continue to maintain the affiliation agreements with stations, except for potentially moving in some cities and nothing major would change other than maybe seeing a Star Trek show being produced for the network. Where the network went from there though, would be
  19. That's not far from the truth, actually. I prefer Paramount Communications personally but CBS Paramount definitely should have been on the table.
  20. Remember how I said Tamron Hall was supposed to be on KTBS at 2:00pm? Yeah, that was a mistake, even though the website said she'd be on at that time. She'll actually be on KPXJ at 8:00am. Wendy Williams will actually be moving up to KTBS to take Steve Harvey's spot. Dr. Oz will be changing timeslots on KPXJ as well but I don't know where exactly they're moving him to. Meanwhile, KSLA will be Shreveport's home for Kelly Clarkson (presumably, she'll be airing at 3:00pm). Good to see KSLA actually making an effort to at least get something there other than just delegating that to Right Th
  21. I mean, all that space on WUPA, WPCH and WATL and this is how Kelly gets treated? And in Atlanta. Just embarrassing.
  22. I didn't know hell could freeze over in the dead of summer.
  23. What the? He actually managed to get on an NBC station? And then KCOP is gonna get it rather than KTLA. Also shocking.
  24. It's weird how we're almost to the syndication season and there's still no full list of stations airing certain syndicated shows. Not helping is the fact that Shreveport is generally hard to depend on when it comes to the promos. Anyway, Judge Jerry is going to be airing at 10am on KPXJ and KSHV has claimed Protection Court for 8:30 a.m.. Also airing on KSHV is the Carbonaro Effect, which will be on weekends. Tamron Hall, unsurprisingly, will be airing at 2pm on KTBS 3, replacing Steve Harvey. Still no word on Personal Injury Court, Kelly Clarkson, 25 Words or Less or America Says for t
