Looks like Raphael will be out all summer. Erica Grow mentioned on her IG that she would be pulling double shifts on the weekends all summer long.

Per a Facebook post, Danielle Leigh who most recently was at King 5 in Seattle is joining ABC 7 as an investigative reporter for "7 on your side" she starts in August.

But isn't Stefan supposed to have already replace Chuck at 11 during the same timeframe? Not sure he would take so much time off when he is trying to establish himself with viewers at that time considering he is replacing a legend... (and before you mention Sue Simmons, remember Natalie is the third replacement since Sue was kicked out).
My comment was more about the excessive time Raphael is getting for a new baby when I dont recall any other guy getting that much time off after a baby. Natalie obvisouly will be different since she's the one who will physically be giving birth and will be out a few months.

According to a tweet from Raphael he says he will be back in a few weeks (tweet was June 24th) so guessing July 15th based on that. So if WNBC is letting Raphael have 8+ weeks off for a new baby then surely they will let Stefan do the same when his son is born in a couple of months.

That is exactly where she's heading. She'll be anchoring the afternoon/evening broadcast.
They didn't state the specific times she'll be anchoring. And no telling whom she'll eventually replace. Joy, Audrey or Shannon (who's currently on maternity).
My guess is 4 & 7 pm. Replacing Shannon at 4 and Joy at 7.

Brad Drazen is leaving NBC owned WVIT in Hartford after 17 years after he and management didn't see eye to eye last day is this Thursday. My guess is either Kevin Nathan or Gerry Brooks will sit next to Kerri-Lee at 5 pm until a permanent replacement is named.

i guess WCAU likes to send it's meterologists up on amtrak to NYC Kristyal Kiel was on this past saturday
WCAU is likely sending someone to help out until Rafael returns from his paternity leave. I've also seen Chris doing Saturday night forecasting a couple weekends ago Dave Price doing weekend mornings etc.

Dan Mannarino to replace Scott Stanford as co-anchor of PIX 11 morning news alongside Betty Nguyen from 6-9am. Kala & Craig will continue to co-anchor 5-6 am Scott moves back to sports. Changes start June 19th.

Nothing big but noticed the last few times Chuck has been off Stefan has been the one to fill in for Chuck at 11 pm instead of David Ushery. Hopefully this doesn't mean they are grooming Stefan to be Chuck's eventual replacement. My opinion that role should go to David Ushery with Stefan being the secondary/primary fill in anchor. Anyway nothing big just something I've noticed.
