1. Per a Facebook post, Danielle Leigh who most recently was at King 5 in Seattle is joining ABC 7 as an investigative reporter for "7 on your side" she starts in August.
2. My comment was more about the excessive time Raphael is getting for a new baby when I dont recall any other guy getting that much time off after a baby. Natalie obvisouly will be different since she's the one who will physically be giving birth and will be out a few months.
3. Gus was on at 5 last night (in for David) Jummy recently got married so likely on her honeymoon According to a tweet from Raphael he says he will be back in a few weeks (tweet was June 24th) so guessing July 15th based on that. So if WNBC is letting Raphael have 8+ weeks off for a new baby then surely they will let Stefan do the same when his son is born in a couple of months.
4. He makes his on-air debut July 3rd: http://www.adweek.com/tvspy/memphis-station-debuts-new-anchor-teams/191680
5. My guess is 4 & 7 pm. Replacing Shannon at 4 and Joy at 7.
6. Brad Drazen is leaving NBC owned WVIT in Hartford after 17 years after he and management didn't see eye to eye last day is this Thursday. My guess is either Kevin Nathan or Gerry Brooks will sit next to Kerri-Lee at 5 pm until a permanent replacement is named. http://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2017/6/6/hartford-anchor-out
7. WCAU is likely sending someone to help out until Rafael returns from his paternity leave. I've also seen Chris doing Saturday night forecasting a couple weekends ago Dave Price doing weekend mornings etc.
8. She's going to CBS owned KTVT in DFW as weekend evening meteorologist: http://www.star-telegram.com/entertainment/tv/article154473479.html
9. Dan Mannarino to replace Scott Stanford as co-anchor of PIX 11 morning news alongside Betty Nguyen from 6-9am. Kala & Craig will continue to co-anchor 5-6 am Scott moves back to sports. Changes start June 19th. http://www.adweek.com/tvspy/wpix-anchors-new-morning-show-anchor-lineup/190667
10. It seems as tho according to Tunedinnyc that Scott Stanford is being moved back to sports and Dan Mannarino may be his replacement (co-anchoring with Betty from 6-9a) http://tunedinnyc.com/2017/05/23/scott-stanford-returns-to-wpix-sports-desk/#comments

14. Richard Curtis the Philadelphia area teacher who co-hosted with Kelly Ripa a few months back will be co-hosting the 9 am hour of Good Day all this week:
15. Nothing big but noticed the last few times Chuck has been off Stefan has been the one to fill in for Chuck at 11 pm instead of David Ushery. Hopefully this doesn't mean they are grooming Stefan to be Chuck's eventual replacement. My opinion that role should go to David Ushery with Stefan being the secondary/primary fill in anchor. Anyway nothing big just something I've noticed.
16. Posted on the WMAQ thread but thought I would post here as well. Supposedly Byron Miranda is leaving WMAQ in Chicago to join WPIX as weekday morning meteorologist: http://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2017/5/10/chicago-weather-anchor-headed-to-new-york
17. Supposedly Byron Miranda is leaving WMAQ to join WPIX in NYC as weekday morning meteorologist: http://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2017/5/10/chicago-weather-anchor-headed-to-new-york
18. Watching the 6 pm newscast now and Jummy is co-anchoring with Gus Rosendale.
19. Sukanya Krishnan is leaving PIX11 the end of this month: http://www.adweek.com/tvspy/longtime-wpix-anchor-sukanya-krishnan-announces-shes-leaving-station-after-17-years/189520

22. Not sure where to put this but here's an interview with NBC news president Noah Oppenheim about the role of Megyn Kelly and the departure of Tamron Hall: http://www.adweek.com/tvnewser/noah-oppenheim-addresses-the-departure-of-tamron-hall-from-nbc-news/327848 From the sounds of it Megyn won't be a regular of the 7-9 am hour of Today but will appear on all NBC news broadcasts occasionally and present pieces on different broadcasts if she gets a big interview.
23. It seems Carolina moved to Tampa to be closer to family.
24. Tegna owned NBC affiliate KPNX is apparently pushing out main co-anchor Vanessa Ruiz after 2 years: https://www.ftvlive.com/sqsp-test/2017/4/21/tegna-pushing-out-phoenix-anchor Tbh I can't say im surprised she wasn't that great of a reporter when she was at KNBC so I was surprised she got the main anchor gig at KPNX. She's more of a Market 50-100 type anchor/reporter.
