  1. Not many new graphics developments on opening day. Except Bally found a place to show the pitch type now.
  2. TNT Sports Tonight launched; in an interesting move, it appears to actually be produced by CNN with long-time sports correspondent Coy Wire hosting.
  3. Altitude did a slight update to their graphics. Now it's Roboto Condensed Bold Italic
  4. The Bulletin will be at 11 instead, and Newsroom will be the 10 a.m. slot.
  5. I don't expect any major changes in graphics for the Super Bowl since they are so intertwined with the CBS corporate brand now, but refreshed elements are definitely not out of the question. This feels like a mock due to the account having posted it out of nowhere after inactivity. But at the same time, CBS has played follow the leader with NBC before (the current scoreboard has been a clone of NBC's 2015 one since 2016), and a circular hub could definitely match up with the eyemark animation element.
  6. We have the basketball version of the new NBC graphics, and it's not too different to the CFB one
  7. The NBA in-season tournament has begun, and Bally gave its scoreboard a darker look with gold accents. Am I the only one who thinks this is an improvement?
  8. Apparently there were a lot of complaints about the picture quality, to the point that they had to simulcast the game on KASW.
  9. And the Coyotes may or may not have gotten some MLB Local Media assistance like the Diamondbacks; we got NHL Network graphics (which are just MLB Network graphics but more blue)
  10. The Jazz, looks a bit Bally-esque
  11. TNT did a slight, curious change to their branding, with the scoreboard now having a "TNT Sports" logo Which, in turn, seems a bit similar to the new TNT Sports branding introduced in the UK
  12. In a move surprising absolutely no one, SportsNet Pittsburgh has been downgraded to the NESN graphics. Seeing that tiny thing without "BOS" somewhere is a little surreal, but when you have 80% of the package done already because the Bruins have the same colors...
  13. The NHL preseason has begun, and we've already got Monumental's new graphics A little big for my liking, but it's pretty much just a flatter version of the ESPN one so there's nothing revolutionary here.
  14. I don't know when this happened, but Fox's NHRA coverage actually got new graphics. They had still been using the 2017 graphics for a while (though, to be fair, they had lagged in adopting them, and some of the inserts/3D graphics still had leftover elements of the 2014 graphics in them) and I was personally expecting that they'd get a variant of the NASCAR graphics. But these actually look a little different.
  15. Feels like a mix of elements of the SNF look with the aesthetic of the old graphics (particularly the gloss and the blue-grey color from before).
  16. According to the Colts' network, the Bills have re-located to Indianapolis but are still playing in Buffalo.
  17. The Belmont Stakes has its own bespoke graphics package, which is surprising because I thought they'd be dragging out the old black rectangles for it. And shockingly it's not huge and in your face. It's very green and gold with shades of the World Cup, and the old US Open theme music strikes again.
  18. Kentucky Derby and USFL have been using the new logo as a bug. Sticks out like a sore thumb on the default graphics too
  19. YES Network has new graphics, but the scoreboard itself remains unchanged.
  20. Bally is showing the pitch clock as an overlay on the diamond graphic. Not a bad spot.
  21. CTV News Channel got new graphics. They're ... OK. Their last update was a harbinger for a new local news package, and that ticker is very ESPN TSN BottomLine (right down to the size of the banner ad slot)
  22. CCHA college hockey bringing us a very close recreation of Sportsnet's 2014-2021 (though besides the fonts/colors, the main difference is that SN put the scores adjacent to each other instead of like this)
  23. ESPN appears to have iterated from the XFL 2020 graphics. Still a similar design based off the MNF graphics, but the scoreboard is much flatter and brighter (in fact it was blinding until they put the ticker up)
