  1. KTXH in Houston has had Decades on its third sub-channel (OTXH 20.3) since October 2015; it had replaced MundoFox. I was surprised that none of the CBS-owned TV stations that were CW or independent stations (KMAX or KCAL as respective examples) picked up Decades when their CBS O&O counterparts added Start TV.
  2. KPRC has named Rachel McNeill's replacement on the morning newscast. Taniya Wright, a morning anchor for WNCN in Raleigh, will begin on KPRC on August 5th. Consumer expert Amy Davis and health reporter Haley Hernandez have been alternating as morning co-anchor on a weekly basis since McNeill's departure. https://www.click2houston.com/community/taniya-wright-joins-kprc-2-morning-team
  3. Former KPRC Houston anchor Rachel McNeill has joined KPNX in Phoenix to anchor Today in AZ: https://www.12news.com/article/about-us/team-bios/rachel-mcneill-anchor/75-cc71f2bd-894c-48d9-89bf-c2ae31618e76
  4. University of Arizona interview of former Los Angeles newscaster Paul Moyer:
  5. KABC-TV coverage of the L.A. Riots; live-streamed from 25 years ago: http://abc7.com/live/23343/
  6. George Watson was the one who was drunk. Dateline NBC did a story on him in the mid 1990's. http://www.nbcuniversalarchives.com/nbcuni/clip/5111971763_s01.do
  7. Former KHOU traffic reporter Katherine Whaley (who was replaced by Darby Douglas a couple of months ago) is now on KTRK abc13. Ms. Whaley is doing the afternoon traffic reports. http://mikemcguff.blogspot.com/2014/10/katherine-whaley-debuts-on-ktrk-abc13.html
  8. KHOU's radio partner (mainly to provide them with weather updates), News92 FM (KROI) has discontinued the all-news format. The radio station, now know as B92, is transitioning to a R&B music format. But in the interim, KROI's format is All Beyonce. http://www.khou.com/story/news/local/2014/10/08/news-92-fm-no-longer-on-the-air/16909529/
  9. Darby Douglas will return to KHOU-11 in July 2014 after a five-year absence; Katherine Whaley will remain with KHOU as a reporter. http://blog.chron.com/channelsurfing/2014/06/traffic-reporter-darby-douglas-rejoining-channel-11-katherine-whaley-will-remain-as-reporter/ As for Douglas, he had reported traffic for NewsRadio 740, KTRH, for the past five years.
  10. Some KNBC coverage of the Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster:
  11. A 1979 Special Report on KNBC dealing with oil price fixing: From that same year, a short weahter clip from KPRC:
  12. WPLG's sister station, KSAT in San Antonio, is also picking up Regis and Kelly. It will be the first time in one year that San Antonio will have Regis and Kelly back in the Alamo City. WOAI dropped the program in September 2010 and replaced it with Rachel Ray in hopes of building better ratings for S.A. Living
  13. CBS Television Stations Sales Tape from 1981 (including WCBS, KNXT, WBBM, WCAU and KMOX):
