The only thing I can think of is, it's some type precaution and she's isolating from everyone in the studio.

I've noticed this week, Brittany has been doing the weather forecasts 4:30-6am and Sam is on for 6am. Also it appears that Heather is doing the traffic reports from a different green screen key wall. She was not in studio last week and after two days off was not in studio today.

Noticed today Katie McGee was in studio doing traffic reports on Eyewitness News First at 4.

The abc7NY Dominican Day Parade broadcast is the same as last year. No hosts, one camera to the left of the stage, which means there is no full view of the performances, and you frequently have people standing and walking in front of the camera.

Scott Padgett, chief meteorologist for CBS Texas, is doing the forecasts from there for CBS New York this morning.

Curious why they can't fix the distortion of the graphics on the video wall? At the very least, they should be able to level the camera shot so the graphics are not higher on the left side.

WCBS did a special report from 7 to 7:10pm. On TV the "CBS News New York" bug and bottom graphic were red. On CBS News New York, the "CBS News New York" bug and bottom graphic were blue.

Checking the Saturday morning newscast, it appears they are doing soft filtering on some of the camera shots. Having it on the wide camera shots is odd as the faces look way too soft. You can see the difference in this camera shot which does not appear to have the soft filtering.
