  3. Within the past month, cable network Oxygen has started to roll out OTA on subchannels of NBC/Telemundo O&Os. I noticed it a week or two ago, when a subchannel with the PSIP OXYGEN showed up on WVIT-DT4, though only yesterday did it actually start showing Oxygen programming, and watching both the cable and OTA feeds side by side, I was able to confirm that they're virtually identical. And in case you don't believe me, Trip of RabbitEars.info has logged the subchannels onto his site, which is a generally reliable source for OTA info.

  4. She was always a strong fill-in for WABC and knows the city well. Seems like a no-brainer for the station.

  5. I bet if you tell this to Uncle Perry, he'll think we're in the year 2200 and try to get NBC to replace whatever Scripps diginets he has and add cable networks to his NBC affiliate(s). It's actually a solid idea!

  7. UPDATE: I have done some investigating and it is indeed intended as a temporary set, "renovations" are underway on the old set, we will have to wait and see how this will turn out. STAY TUNED!

  8. This smells a new set they’ve had it since 2014 it’s now 2022, so 2024 will be ten years that they’ve had and it’s 2022 two years before that year which will be 10 years having it and we’re 2 years before 10 years so whatever 10-2 is which is 8. So it’s pretty damn old ole how it’s gone by fast.

  9. I guess this occupies the other daytime slot for some NBC O&Os (remember, Kelly slides into Ellen's slot for those said stations this fall) + leaving from FOX/MNT duops with another vacant slot dilemma.

  10. Good addition - it's a shame that NBC hasn't consolidated LX News with NBC News Now, that'd be a great OTA option. Unfortunately with WNBC and WNJU channel sharing with 2x 1080i and 3 480i subchannel, this addition might make the already poor picture quality even worse in NY.

  11. Important correction: Fox Nation is not news.
