  2. The same Buzzfeed writer who exposed Ellen's issues is now after Dr. Phil in a new expose. Color me surprised that the unlicensed egomaniac that forced primetime specials and two fictional retellings of his origin story onto CBS runs an ego-centric talk show full of abuse against lower staff and guests, including the withholding of medication. But really, everything found out here is unacceptable.

  3. Here’s an updated pic for you. The Fox 32 newsroom is to the right (4-pane windows) and to the left (3-pane windows) is a seating area, etc.. as part of the complex’s tenant amenities I believe (see 2nd pic). Fox 32 often uses this space instead of having reporters outside in the elements.

  5. Today Show (1990-94): faux wood, ice cubed windows, landscape wallpaper window pane walls, ambersome vintage world maps, designated news desk area, and a grand piano. The mid 80s set was my favorite set but this was beautiful!

  11. Rickey Smiley is based in Atlanta, thus they feel it's good for the timeslot. And for all that's said, it's very cheap (a few robo-cams with a Tricaster-like setup) and requires little time in the edit bay, fills a half-hour, and branding it as gossip makes it easier on the lawyers. Sometimes, that's all that's needed for a show to survive Fallout-style immaterial.
