  2. YES! I was holding out hoping they'd be doing some work. I'm assuming Clickspring is doing the new MSNBC Studio 3A (which appears to be nearly finished), might as well just roll right across the street to 1A. It'll be interesting to see what they do, if it's a full gut job or just tweaks again, considering NBC is using 1A for election coverage and major pre-planned events, will they specifically build the new set with those things in mind and make it more flexible for non Today Show use? I also expect updates to the upstairs set specifically for "Today All Day" and the 4th Hour's needs.

  3. Looks like the Millionaire reruns may be done for good after the 27th, because that episode is the series finale. WLNY is replacing it with encores of ET (first airs on sister WCBS) starting the 30th. WCBS is keeping Judge Judy at 4:00 and 4:30 as of 9/13, but it looks like the 10:00/10:30 PM encores on WLNY will be gone; they're not listed on Xfinity Remote starting that day. (EDIT: never mind, they are now) What's also not listed starting 9/13 is Daytime Jeopardy! on WABC. I was curious as to whether they would air the entirety of last season like usual or just stick to a loop of Trebek episodes; same for J! Weekend. Also, possibly in the wake of the Mike Richards controversy, the listing for 9/13's main airing of J! is not listed as a new episode, unlike Wheel of Fortune's airing. However, J! did tape one week of episodes with Mike, and Wheel of Fortune taped at least four weeks as of now (plus the entirety of Celebrity WOF Season 2).

  5. CBS affiliates have the choice to air Let's Make a Deal at either 10A Eastern / 9A Central or at 3P Eastern / 2P Central. While most choose to pair it with The Price is Right, there are plenty of stations that choose an afternoon run. For the most part, the scheduling harkens back to whatever timeslot the station was using to air Guiding Light. That show was also permitted to air in the mornings or afternoon, and was ultimately cancelled to make room for Let's Make a Deal.

  6. The song that opened up the 10p news on KTLA at the time is "Now That You've Gone" by Chicago (from the album Chicago V; this song, Saturday in the Park, and Dialogue, are three of the best songs on the album, as well as some of Chicago's best songs overall!) Also, aside from his TV work in L.A., Clete Roberts was probably best known nationally for his appearances on M*A*S*H, where he interviewed the members of the 4077th (The Interview and Our Finest Hour are the episodes in question)

  7. Most of the CBS affiliates in the Central time zone carry LMAD at 2pm (after The Talk). It'll be sad to lose that two hour game show block in Chicago. I guess was they move Drew to the morning so it wouldn't compete with Clarkson on Channel 5. And even with move, it ain't going to make any difference (the ratings are low anyway), as many watch the WGN Morning News & Live with Kelly & Ryan on that slot. A few years ago, Orlando affiliate WKMG moved LMAD from 10am to 3pm to lead in with their (at the time) new 4pm newscast. Could LMAD be a strong show at 2pm on Channel 2? We'll just see.

  8. In before the mods say "no list threads" lol. WOAI-TV just replaced it with Nightly News and an infomercial if anyone cared (NN goes in at 1:06am where an infomercial was already airing, then the infomercial moved to 1:37am where Lily Singh had been). BTW, they already delay Seth Meyers half an hour to air Access Hollywood at 11:37pm. The whole delaying the 11:35pm and 12:35am NBC programs has been done by WOAI going back to the KMOL days (and I believe an artifact of when they cleared UPN programming from 1998-2000).

  9. From my quick schedule checks, some Nexstar stations seem to be the ones shrugging it off; WOOD-TV has ''TMZ'' in the slot, for instance.
