  1. This is the shortened version... a couple bubbles appear and you get the idea... my normal equipment is out of service at the moment so this will have to do.

  2. Surprised it took her this long to step down. She's becoming much more of a presence on weekday TODAY, not just in the 3rd hour, so she's on her way up!

  3. Sheinelle Jones is leaving Saturday Today, but will still host the 3rd hour M-F. A rotating list of anchors will sit with Peter Alexander over the next several weeks.

  4. Nothing surprises me anymore about Facebook, clearly they couldn't come up with ANY original ideas on how to do their own graphics package for a presentation and instead basically just copied off of Tegna's graphics. If Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg had a brain they would come up with something better than that but, of course they chose not to do it.

  6. Well, we don't have to wonder what "Facebook Graphics" would look like, since they streamed some a few weeks ago when Mark Zuckerberg did a public town hall with employees. (Spoiler: they seem to borrow "the frame" from Tegna. )

  7. ...and the updates continue. Anchors are on the interview/sports set. Weather duratrans have been changed to match the graphics package. The main anchor backdrop looks like they might be upgrading to a video wall, but I’m not certain of that.

  8. Christine Bentley got fired from CFTO, was anchor of the 6pm longer than Ken Shaw yet he got a few more years than her. Oh well. Nathan Downer is now the 12PM news co-anchor and on January 7, will be the 6PM news co-anchor. I like him.
