  2. I have made a demo reel featuring some news opens (I believe) to be designed by some unknown graphics company from the mid 1990s. I’ve been researching about this company’s whereabouts for years and haven’t found any luck.

  5. Except Viacom doesn't have sports on any of its channels, except maybe Bellator. Basically, years of mediocre programming if finally catching up to them, so Bob Bakish now has to pay for Philippe Dauman's sins. Now you see why Sheri Redstone is pursuing the CBS re-merger with Viacom.

  6. Eh. The only reason why TEGNA along with Scripps have gone downhill is because they're too focused on trying to solve the issue of "how do we take our traditional newscasts and make them appeal to younger viewers". What Nextstar and Gray realize is that by making "subtle" changes, they can appeal to both the traditional and youth markets, TEGNA and Scripps don't really grasp the situation they're in. I'd go even further that all TV station groups (even the O&Os) will go downhill to the point where there is no recovery. Internet has replaced TV as the go to source for news unfortunately and there's no way of stopping it.

  7. I’ve updated the WTSP compilation since I’ve been watching WTSP clips on YT lately - yesterday I was humming The Hour and Great News in class! @8Viewer On side note, I believe ‘TSP re-composed the Hour around 1990/91 to use the classic Gari 1990s synthesizer music. Wish we had a clean cut if so.

  11. Ah yes, back when all Nexstar stations had the budget of a ham sandwich. Funny how far they've come.
