Yes, though it sounded like it has been updated slightly.
As for recording it, I'd be more than happy to do so, but my cable here isn't HD, and the box doesn't have a FireWire port, so I can't do anything without buying a tuner. Plus, if you saw the leaked video, you've already seen everything.

Can confirm this as well: http://www.nbclosang...-2012/137888638
KNBC's version appears to be slightly different in terms of fonts/colors. Looks great, though.
Watch Nancy Grace, weeknights at 8 & 10pm on HLN.

It does sound as if KNTV has altered the pitch of the open and bumper tracks of LA Groove. Regardless, the new music fits the graphics well and it's a welcome change after four years of listening to WNBC's music. It also appears as if they've taken this opportunity to finally upgrade the graphics system to high definition.
Unlike the demo posted last fall, the 5:00pm open ends (oddly) with aerial shots of downtown San Jose. Not exactly the most picturesque skyline in the Bay Area, but KNTV has really been reinforcing their South Bay roots as of late so it makes sense.

Ick, Arial? Hopefully they just didn't have the correct fonts loaded into the weather graphics system. Have to disagree--looks pretty lame.
Looks like they have changed the font since then:

The 11:00pm open uses the same shot (taken from Treasure Island) of downtown San Francisco and the Bay Bridge as was shown in the Artworks demo video. Didn't catch the 6:00pm open, but I'd assume it uses that shot as well.
And that's not a "business park," those are the height-limited buildings of fabulous and historic Downtown San Jose. I might be a smug San Franciscan these days, but I feel compelled to stick up for my daytime home (one of those San Jose "high-rises" is my daytime home four days per week) every now and then. You'll see toward the end of that clip KNTV uses the San Jose "skyline" in the rear-projection screen as their primary set background most of the time. Since KNTV closed their San Francisco newsroom in 2009 (and KPIX closed their San Jose bureau in 2010), KNTV has started shifting to a South Bay-first coverage stance. San Francisco may be the financial and cultural center of the Bay Area, but San Jose/Silicon Valley is where most of the population lives. Makes sense; we'll see if viewers respond.
